I'm a bargain shopper...it's in my bones. Clearance aisles seem to call out my name when I am out shopping. Scrapbooking is generally not a cheap hobby, but I never let the expense deter me! Between coupons and clearance aisles--there is ALWAYS a crafty deal to be had! You just gotta keep your eyes wide and your mind open. So....unless it's in the dollar section-I'll never pay full price!
